Key Verse:
Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Galations 6:9

Devotion:
There comes a point in every journey of faith where the wait feels unbearable. The promise God spoke seems distant, the prayers feel unanswered, and doubt whispers, Maybe it’s time to let go.
But what if your breakthrough is right around the corner?
What if quitting now means forfeiting the very thing God is preparing for you?
I know this journey well. I have stood in faith when it made no sense, holding on to what God spoke even when circumstances screamed otherwise. I have prayed, fasted, worshiped, and surrendered choosing obedience over my emotions. And every time I have asked, God has ALWAYS answered.
There were moments when I wondered if I had heard Him right, moments when I wanted to quit. But God always showed up. HE is not a man that he should lie. He opened doors I never expected, provided when I had nothing left, and reassured me in ways only He could. When I stayed faithful, He proved faithful.
Look at Sarah. She was promised a son, yet she waited years before Isaac was born. In her frustration, she tried to take matters into her own hands, leading to unnecessary heartbreak
(Genesis 16). But despite her moments of doubt, God was faithful.
Look at Joseph. He had dreams of leadership, but before the promise was fulfilled, he faced betrayal, slavery, and imprisonment. If Joseph had given up in the pit or the prison, he would have never reached the palace (Genesis 50:20). God’s promise came at the appointed time.
Look at you. You’ve been standing, praying, and believing. The enemy wants you to quit, but God says, Hold on. My timing is perfect. Every delay has a purpose, every trial is refining you, and every tear is watering the ground for your harvest.
I have seen God’s hand in my life. When I kept seeking Him first, He poured out favor, opened doors, and reminded me that He never fails. If He has done it for me, He will do it for you.
Reflection:
What has God promised you that you are still waiting for?
How can you strengthen your faith in the waiting season?
What steps can you take today to stand firm instead of giving up?
Prayer:
Lord, I confess that waiting can be hard. But I know You are faithful, and Your promises never fail. Strengthen me to endure, to trust, and to walk in obedience while I wait. I refuse to quit because I know that what You have spoken will come to pass in Your perfect time. Thank You for always answering when I call. In Jesus name, Amen.
Encouragement:
Sister, don’t quit before the promise. You are closer than you think. Stay faithful, keep trusting, and watch God move in ways beyond what you imagined. Your breakthrough is coming!
